We know that working with a dental lab is a key part of your clinical success. Here are answers to the most common questions from our partner dentists — from turnaround times to digital file compatibility.
What is your average turnaround time?
Same-Day Repairs & Relines – Available for local practices (must call before 10:30 AM)
Valplast® and Acrylic Partial Dentures – 4 business days
Standard Crown & Bridge – 7 business days
Full Arch / Hybrid Cases – 10-15 business days
Cast Frameworks – 7 business days
Try-In & Custom Tray – 3 business days
Provisional Crowns – 3 business days
Nightguards & Retainers – 3–5 business days
Rush Cases – Must be pre-scheduled with Lab Manager
How do I send my first case?
Simply call us or fill out and submit the online form to get account access, Download and complete lab slip information, and send our your case. We offer free local pickup and accept cases by mail or courier. If you would like to send digital scans, follow the steps on this page.
What digital files do you accept?
We accept STL, PLY, and OBJ files from all major intraoral scanners. Files can be submitted via email or through secure file transfer. Visit Send Case to learn more.
Am I able to communicate with the technician working on my case?
Yes, our technicians are available during business hours Monday – Friday 8 AM – 4 PM PST to speak about your case!
Is there a warranty on your restorations?
Yes. We offer up to 1 year warranty on final fixed restorations and up to 6 months on removable appliances. The warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship only. See our lab slip for full terms.
Do you provide custom shading or characterization?
Yes. We offer detailed shade matching and surface characterization based on your instructions. Photos and specific notes on the lab slip are highly encouraged to ensure optimal esthetic results.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, checks, and ACH transfers. Statements are issued monthly, with payment terms set at 30 days. A 2% service fee applies to late payments.
What materials do you use for your restorations?
We work with high-quality materials such as zirconia, titanium, Valplast®, Lucitone 199, and precious alloys. All materials are biocompatible and sourced from trusted industry suppliers. If you have specific material preferences or brands you’d like us to use that we don’t currently carry, simply note it on your lab slip or give us a call—we’re happy to special order those materials for you.
Do you offer same-day repairs or relines?
Yes. For local practices in Santa Monica, Brentwood, Venice, Westwood, Culver City, Sawtelle, Beverly Hills, Century City, Miracle Mile, and the neighboring areas, we offer same-day repairs and relines if the case is received before 10:30 AM. Contact our team to pre-schedule.
